Just finished up a project here in Escondido. He did what he said he was going to do in the contract but there were a couple things that he had mentioned verbally that he had promised to do and I had to hold him and make sure that he did it. My only advice with this contractor is to make sure that everything is in writing and in his estimate that he gives you.

Yul and his team were professional and curtious throughout the job. They worked all day blowing insulation in our walls and attic and then patching all holes made. They spent time prepping for their work by covering all furniture and laying down paper for the work areas. They cleaned up when done with brooms and vacuum. I'd recommend Sunfer Insulation to friends and family. Great job guys.

When we bought an older home, we knew it wasn't insulated well so after several quotes, Sunfer Insulation not only came in with the lowest bid but just talking to Yul, the owner, we could tell he was very knowledgeable. They were very flexible and started right away. They cleaned out all the old insulation and dirt from the attic before blowing in the new insulation with no mess. During our renovation we discovered there was no insulation in the walls. Sunfer blew insulation in the walls and patched the little holes so well that you can't even see where they were. Yul and his team are all friendly and eager to please. They come with our highest recommendation.
